After Care

Any client exiting one of our programs is eligible for our After Care Program for the next two years. This program offers continued support in the form of case management, invitation to our program events and workshops, household and self-care supplies, financial planning and budgeting, and furniture. The goal of After Care is to prevent the client’s return to homelessness.
