Harford Family House Invites Local Businesses to Host Donation Drives This November

Make a Difference This Homelessness Awareness Month

November is Homelessness Awareness Month, a time to recognize the impact of homelessness in our community and the importance of ensuring every neighbor has a safe place to call home. Harford Family House is inviting Harford County businesses to help turn awareness into action by hosting a donation drive to support local individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

It’s simple to get involved! Here’s what to expect:

1. Let us know you’re interested.
   Contact Harford Family House to sign up as a participating business.
2. We’ll bring the supplies.
   Before November 1, we’ll deliver a donation bin, signage, and informational materials to help you spread the word.
3. Invite your customers to give.
   From November 1–30, encourage patrons to drop off accepted items at your business to support individuals and families served by Harford Family House.
4. We’ll handle the pickup.
   Between December 1–5, our team will collect the donations and distribute them to help meet the needs of our neighbors.
